Modules / Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch and delivery
Every box leaves with its slip and comes back counted.
From the loading calculation to the box slip, from routes to the driver's phone. Delivered counts and returned boxes go to the client's account and container balance by themselves.

Loading and containers
Loading calculation
How many thermoboxes, urns or gastronorm pans each site's portions take; capacities by recipe or container.
Container tracking
Thermoboxes and pans by count, or one by one with QR labels; which box is at which client.
Container balance
Boxes sent and returned per client; missing boxes show up.

Slips and labels
The box slip
Client, site, meal, dishes, box number, route and driver; a slip for every box.
Delivery notes and route lists
A route list for the driver and a delivery note for the client, with your logo.
ESC/POS and Zebra ZPL
58 and 80 mm thermal slip printers and Zebra label printers; logo, QR and barcode.
Document design
You set each line's order, size, weight and alignment, with a preview.

Routes and delivery
Vehicles and drivers
Capacity, plate and driver; each route gets a vehicle and a driver.
Route templates
Each day's routes come from templates and can be adjusted; capacity and delivery windows are checked.
Improve the day
Suggests a shorter spread of stops across routes, and better templates.
The driver's offline app
Route, stops, dishes and boxes on the phone; works without signal.
Scanning, signatures and photos
The QR on the box slip is scanned; a signature and photo are taken on delivery.
Delivered counts
Delivered counts and returned boxes flow into counts, accounts and the portal.
Road distances Coming soon
Times and distances on the city's road map instead of straight lines.
